I certify that Escape Room Virginia Beach, LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind relating to any damage to property or injury to myself, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of Escape Room Virginia Beach, LLC.

. I WON'T BREAK STUFF.

I understand and agree that during my experience at Escape Room Virginia Beach, LLC, I am under surveillance. Damage to props and property will be charged to the credit card on file.

. I WILL MAKE SURE THE KIDS DON'T BREAK STUFF.

If applicable, as supervising adult I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate the details to, and sign this waiver on behalf of, any child(ren) within my party.
